In our job as consultants for Business Intelligence<\/strong> and AI<\/strong> one thing is clear: we must always be open to new ideas. Learning<\/strong> is part of our everyday life - be it today Power BI<\/strong>, tomorrow Microsoft Fabric<\/strong> or the day after tomorrow the latest Copilot<\/strong>. Our success depends on how quickly we can adapt to new technologies.<\/p>

We wanted to celebrate this constant learning process in a very special way at our Christmas party: with a Tennis event<\/strong>!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Tennis as a symbol of continuous learning<\/strong><\/h3>

When you stand on the tennis court for the first time, the feeling is often overwhelming. The racket feels unfamiliar, the ball flies in the wrong direction - or directly against the ceiling. \ud83c\udfbe<\/p>

But just like in our day-to-day work, the same applies here: Babysteps<\/strong>. Step by step, stroke by stroke, you get better. It takes patience, the courage to make mistakes and a healthy dose of self-confidence to stay on the ball - in the truest sense of the word.<\/p>

We started our Christmas party with this attitude. Our motto<\/strong>: \"Learning something new every day\"<\/strong>even away from the screen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Thanks to our coach<\/strong><\/h3>

Fortunately, we had Tennis coach Constantin Meister<\/strong> a great teacher at our side. He taught us the basics of the game with a lot of patience and humor. The first few lessons were a challenge, but things got better and better from the third lesson onwards: The rallies became longer and more precise - and we were able to really let off steam.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

What we have learned<\/strong><\/h3>

Our Christmas party showed us once again that learning is not only necessary, but can also be a lot of fun. Be it on the tennis court or in our job - learning is the key to success:<\/p>

  2. Courage<\/strong>to try out new things, and<\/li>
  3. Team spirit<\/strong>to motivate each other.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    We are proud that our Christmas party was not just an opportunity to celebrate, but has also become a symbol of what we are all about as a team: Willingness to learn, perseverance and team spirit<\/strong>.<\/p>

    With this energy and the experience from the tennis court, we are starting the new year full of momentum - and are looking forward to everything that 2025 will bring! \ud83c\udf89<\/p>
