From July 14 to 20, 2024, I was once again able to be part of this wonderful team of over 30 volunteers who provided 96 children with unforgettable experiences. Every day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., we played, made things and experienced exciting adventures in the grounds of St. Mary's Church.<\/p><p>This commitment would not have been possible without the support of data4success GmbH. Thanks to the opportunity to take special leave for voluntary youth work - an initiative of the Hessian Ministry of Labor, Integration, Youth and Social Affairs - I was able to concentrate fully on looking after the children without affecting my statutory leave entitlement. My employer, Fabian Shirokov, actively supported me in this and submitted the necessary application to have my salary (minus social security contributions) reimbursed by the Ministry.<\/p><p>I would therefore like to express my thanks on behalf of all the volunteer youth workers and children. The support of data4success made a significant difference and contributed to a successful and joyful vacation week. It is inspiring to be part of a company that values and actively encourages volunteering. This understanding and flexibility not only contributes to my personal satisfaction, but also reflects the positive working atmosphere and social values of data4success.<\/p><p>So at data4success, I not only have the opportunity to develop professionally, but also to pursue my passion for youth work.
